It rises up till the eleventh floor providing every office unit a spectacular view on the Erasmus bridge, the Coolsingel or on the historic Schielandhuis with garden. Working here also means entering a National Monument everyday and becoming part of its rich and exciting history.
Offices can be rented from 27 m on and are located on the first up to the eleventh floor. The smallest office units are already suitable for a maximum of 4 people. The units can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Our design team is happy to help you on your way.
